Top-notch service - highly recommended! This is the second time we used Club Travels for our family vacation and things went extremely well. We outlined our plan for New Delhi & Agra and Mr Rajat Singla was able to help us craft the final itinerary (5 days, 2 cities) personalized to our interests and desires, and also bearing in mind the logistics of going around in different places (traffic, weather, etc., can play a big role in disrupting your plans, and Mr Singla and the driver were well aware of the best ways around these challenges). The car he provided was entirely suitable for our needs (family of 4) to get around in Delhi and also to travel to Agra and back. The driver was competent, professional, and driving very carefully in the hectic traffic and the smoggy conditions of northern India. The guides provided at each location (New Delhi, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri) were all knowledgeable and informative (all licensed guides, btw). Everything went well. Mr Singla personally checked in with us at the start of our travel, and another representative Mr Vivek checked in with us in person mid-way in our trip as well, making us feel very well cared for. Mr Singla was also in touch with us with WhatsApp throughout. * Personalized itinerary and services according to what we wanted, no forcing of any packages or standard itineraries. * Car & driver and guides provided as we needed and at the times and places of our travel schedule. Guides were fluent in English (one in Spanish as well). * Clear up-front statement of total payable, no hidden or surprise charges. * No insistence on going to affiliated merchants, tourist-trap shops, etc. * Hassle-free coordination and planning in advance (email + WhatsApp) and Mr Singla was in touch during our travel as well and checking in to make sure everything was OK. This continues the good experience we had with Club Travels from earlier - in 2017 we had a family trip to Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur (3 cities, 9 days) and then as well they provided a car & driver and arranged for a personalized itinerary. At the time it was the elder Mr Singla who arranged it and the younger Mr Singla is continuing the tradition very ably. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Club Travel for any kind of travel arrangements for visiting tourists or other travelers, and I am a very satisfied customer - and hope to use them again in the future.

Highly recommended 20 years ago I planned a trip to Rajasthan with the founder of the company which was amazing and left me with curiosity to further explore this sub-continent. I kept the contact information and wrote Club Travels again, now seeking to explore north India, mostly Ladak region. Rajat, the son of the founder helped me to plan a wonderful trip. It took us few e-mail to exchange so that he understood what our expectations were. The pick of the accommodations perfectly met our taste, the staff (drivers, guides cook etc.) were so nice and helpful. as it goes, there were few things on the way that had to be amended due to unexpected events and airlines cancelations. The help that we received was immediate and we felt all along taken care of in the best possible way.

India-Taj Mahal, Dehli, Jaipur I usually do not write reviews much, but our trip to India was beyond spectacular! We traveled with our two children ages 8 and 10. The owner of the company made sure that every city we arrived to was fitting to our needs. Each of the drivers and tour guides spoke English, were punctual, clean, and polite. At each destination, we had a tour guide experienced and was from that city. If you want to experience some of the best service and culture in the world, travel to India. With that said, India is a place that can be challenging to navigate. Rajen Singla and his team and Club Travels provides just that. They provided us with a simple, no hassle service of anything but the top hotels, guides, and drivers for us to whisk through the all we had planned. I wanted to see as much as I can in the 4 days that I had and his team made that happen. Anyone can go online and book hotels and flights, but having a service like Club Tours takes care of all the little things. They prep you for what to expect for each site. He provided guides that knew how to avoid the long lines and tourist sites. Guides who watched out for us to prevent us from getting ripped off. We felt like VIP rock stars when with our guides as they knew the ins and outs to get as much done. Furthermore, there team surprised us with an itenary of things planned that I hadnt even thought of. It was so convienent to simply land and have his team member at the airport with my name there waiting for me. They then whisk us away to our private car and we are off. Over all we felt safe, protected, and comfortable with the crowds. Finally we were about a couple of days in front of the COVID-19 shut downs and Club Travels was always checking in on us making sure we were informed of the situations. THANKS FOR MUCH NEEDED HELP We were 4 persons – all from one family and we traveled to South India arranged by Club Holidays located in New Delhi from 17th Jan till 30th Jan (14 days) and finished our trip in New Delhi – unfortunately, after an excellent trip to South India – where the hotels were above our expectations and the guides were very knowledgeable and the driver gave to us – was the best in the world in his driving skills but unfortunately, my brother in law lost the Passport in Munnar (Kerala) – which we realized later but could not find our passport and flew to Delhi and our international flight was from Delhi only and without passport – it was not possible to fly back home – Rajen in New Delhi came up with a miracle and he prepared all that with the embassy of Israel – moment we arrived – the passport was ready and then to visit to have the VISA endorsed on the new passport which all got done by Raje which was not his job – he spends more than 6 hrs on both the days our stay in Delhi and sorted out everything and we could fly back home with peace of mind to TLV. We will always recommend his courtesies extended to us very highly – we will do our best to promote him and his agency.

Amazing service The complete experience with Rajen's agency was very good. Rajan and his employees were very professional. The driver Mr. Mani drives safely, always on time, speaks good English, knows many places during our trip, clean and neat cab. We traveled in Kerla and Tamil Nadu in south India. Everywhere we went, a representative from Rajen's office was waiting for us to check that everything was fine. Excellent travel company This is my second time to explore India wih CLUB TRAVEL. This time in south India. The first was in Rajastan. The service is excellent. The answers are sharp and fast. The drivers an the guides in each place are professionals. Travel Agent offering professional. dependable, and enjoyable tours and transfers I have been using Club Travels for years. They are a very solid company you can rely on to make hotel and plane bookings as well as provide cars and drivers for both in town transfers or to do extended tours such as the golden triangle. The drivers are always punctual, patient and skilled in the worst of traffic. And always sweet and helpful. The cars (usually I take an Innova) are spotlessly clean and comfortable.
